Greg Brown is a Partition Attorney at Talkov Law, representing clients in co-ownership disputes and partition actions across California. With a multidisciplinary background spanning law, education, and technology, Greg brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to resolving disputes involving jointly owned real estate.
Before joining Talkov Law, Greg led firm-wide learning and technology adoption efforts at HCVT, one of the largest accounting firms in the Los Angeles area. He collaborated closely with leadership to introduce new digital tools, develop instructional content, and improve firmwide efficiency—experience that informs his ability to communicate legal processes clearly and practically.
Greg has also worked at EY as a Tax M&A Associate, focusing on corporate due diligence and federal restructuring projects. Earlier in his career, he contributed to complex litigation matters as a Legal Assistant at MoloLamken LLP and taught LSAT preparation courses at Kaplan Test Prep.
He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and received both the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and James Lewis Award. He holds a B.A. in Business-Economics from UCLA, with minors in Accounting and Philosophy.
Outside of his legal practice, Greg spends his time woodworking in his garage, experimenting with 3D printing projects, and caring for a small flock of backyard chickens. Whether he’s building something by hand or exploring new technologies, he enjoys staying curious and creative.
