Maya earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she cultivated her legal expertise and analytical acumen. During her time at USC, she served as the Senior Copy Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. Maya also gained valuable hands-on experience as an intern at both the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law and the Frank D. Lanterman Special Education Legal Clinic.
Prior to law school, Maya graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a double major in French and Psychology. This diverse academic foundation enriches her ability to approach legal challenges with creativity, cultural insight, and a nuanced understanding of human behavior.
Outside of her legal practice, Maya enjoys staying active with hot yoga and exploring Los Angeles’ vibrant culinary scene, indulging her passion for dining out at the city’s diverse range of restaurants.
