					I contacted Talkov Law to inquire whether his office could help an estate planning client of mine with a possible partition or quiet title action that could help my client secure her rightful share to most of the property in question. Mr. Talkov and Francisco, his clerk and intake coordinator, responded immediately and set up a free conference call consultation with my client and me. On that phone call just a couple of days later, Mr. Talkov spent well over an hour with us on the telephone, examining numerous deeds, gathering pertinent information, and conducting background information and former case filings of the co-owner of the property.
