					I contacted Talkov Law to inquire whether his office could help an estate planning client of mine with a possible partition or quiet title action that could help my client secure her rightful share to most of the property in question. Mr. Talkov and Francisco, his clerk and intake coordinator, responded immediately and set up a free conference call consultation with my client and me. On that phone call just a couple of days later, Mr. Talkov spent well over an hour with us on the telephone, examining numerous deeds, gathering pertinent information, and conducting background information and former case filings of the co-owner of the property. Mr. Talkov presented my client with multiple options, including the estimated costs of what filing a court action would cost. Given the specific facts of the case, however, he actually encouraged my client to try to settle the matter without the use of attorney and court intervention, and he even suggested how my client might approach the co-owner. With all of the email and phone contact with Talkov law, overall my client and I received more than 2 hours of free legal assistance, and a tremendous amount of legal education regarding co-ownership problems with real property. My client is taking Mr. Talkov's advice to try to settle without need for an attorney or court intervention, by she is prepared to hire Mr. Talkov, if necessary.
