Elaine Huang is a Post-Bar Partition Law Clerk at Talkov Law where she primarily works in the area of partition law.
Elaine completed her Juris Doctor at the University of California College of the Law, Law San Francisco (previously UC Hastings) in May 2024. She served as the 1L representative for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, 1L representative for the Hastings Business Law Society, Executive Productions Editor for Hastings Business Law Journal, and was a member of the Corporate Start-Up Legal Garage. Elaine her Bachelor’s degree from UCLA where she majored in Political Science and minored in Asian American Studies.
Before joining Talkov Law, Elaine was a Law Clerk at Kelly Law Chambers where she drafted demand letters and settlement agreements, researched California probate law, completed accounting for trust administration and estate in probate proceedings, and managed intake and client communications. She also served as a Research Assistant for the UC Hastings Center for Business Law and a Civil Litigation Paralegal for the civil litigation firm Zakariaie & Zakariaie.
Elaine also speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and can assist with translation when needed.
