Alyson Ball is a Partition Attorney at Talkov Law, dedicated exclusively to resolving co-ownership disputes involving real estate throughout California.
Alyson earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, she distinguished herself in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, earning Runner Up for Best Brief. Beyond her academic achievements, Alyson held elected positions in the Student Bar Association, Black Law Students Association, and Women of Color Collective, demonstrating her commitment to leadership and service. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and African American Studies, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice, from the University of Mississippi.
Before joining, Alyson gained significant legal experience in various roles. As Underwriting Counsel at First American, she managed a diverse nationwide caseload, conducted complex legal analyses, and ensured compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Alyson is deeply committed to community involvement. She actively supports the Biddy Mason nonprofit. Alyson’s interests extend beyond the legal field. She is an avid public speaker and a dedicated member of Toastmasters, continually honing her communication skills. Her personal passions include traveling and taking improv classes.
