From clashing styles to years of neglect, co-owned properties often become battlegrounds for unresolved conflicts. To shine a light on the real-life consequences of co-ownership gone awry, Talkov Law Partition Lawyers is proud to present the Ugliest Co-Owned House Contest, where the winner will take home a $1,000 prize.

This is your chance to showcase how co-ownership disagreements have turned a shared home into a visual spectacle of dysfunction. Whether it’s mismatched repairs, neglected maintenance, or downright bizarre design choices, we’re here to highlight the not-so-pretty side of shared property ownership—and reward the ugliest of them all!
