Kira Iwinski is an Associate Attorney at Talkov Law where her practice focuses in the area of partition law.
Kira graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law where she was both a Research Assistant and a Judicial Extern for a judge in the Forsyth County District Court. Prior to joining Talkov Law, Kira was an Associate Attorney at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch, LLP where she represented clients throughout their dissolution proceedings by attending hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement conferences and drafting complaints, responses, trial briefs, judgments, and more.
After graduating law school, Kira also worked as an Associate Attorney at Moore, Schulman, & Moore where she assisted clients during dissolution proceedings. She was also a Law Clerk at Dummit Fradin where she drafted pleadings, motions, and correspondence to opposing counsel.
Kira enjoys soccer, baseball, reading, and traveling in her free time.
